About the event
As part of the Rockport Public Library’s Let’s Feel Better in 2026 series, I am offering an interactive talk that explores how personal stories - about our past, our identity, and what we believe is possible - unconsciously shape our lives.
Through reflection and gentle practices, participants will explore how to reframe self-talk, release outdated narratives, and expand their relationship with their own story. No writing experience is needed. Wednesday, February 4 at 1:00 PM.
